How do I make an order for furniture?

When will my order be delivered?
For most products, your order will be delivered in the UK mainland within 14-28 days of your payment being received and cleared but, as many of our products are sourced from around the world, delivery may take slightly longer. However, products which are liable to such delays are clearly marked within the website. If any product is subject to an unexpected delay, you will be contacted and offered the choice of continuing with your order or a complete refund
What is the delivery charge on my order?
A delivery charge will be added at the checkout on the 'Payment Options' page, the system will calculate the cost based on the contents of your basket and your address. The charges are displayed before you commit yourself to a payment, enabling you to decide at that stage whether you wish to continue.
Will the products be delivered inside my home?
Our Terms & Conditions state that an order will be delivered to the main entrance door of your home only. You will need to make your own arrangements to take the goods inside. If you request that the delivery staff carry the item into your home we can't be held liable for any damage that occurs whilst they are in your property.
Are there any delivery restrictions?
We will endeavour to deliver to your main entrance door (see Item 5 above) providing you have advised us in advance of any anticipated problems such as restricted vehicular access etc. A facility to advise us of any such problems is available during the checkout procedure
What do I do if your products are damaged on delivery?
The first procedure is to note any external packaging damaged on the delivery documentation before signing it. ALL OTHER DAMAGES TO PRODUCTS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE DELIVERY BY PHONE OR EMAIL TO firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot be held responsible for any damages reported after 48 hours from accepting delivery.We will then arrange to collect the product as soon as possible thereafter for examination at our warehouse, you will then be offered a replacement or refund.
If the product itself is found to be damaged on removing the packaging, you must inform us within 48 hours by phone or email to email@example.com. We will then arrange to collect the product as soon as possible thereafter for examination at our warehouse, you will then be offered a replacement or refund.
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Under the "Distance Selling Regulations" you have the right to cancel a purchase within 7-days of the date you received the item. In such an event, you must inform us of your decision and return the product undamaged and in a resaleable condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. In such an event, you will be responsible for paying all the transport costs involved. If the returned product is received by us in an undamaged and resaleable condition, you will be given a full refund of the product purchase price within 30 days.

Do you deliver to Ireland and Europe?
Yes we do but only by special request. Please send an email or use our Contact Form stating the product(s) of interest and the country of destination, and we will provide an accurate delivery quotation.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT at the current standard UK rate of 20%.
Payment & Security
How can I pay for my order?
You have a choice of several different payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Cheque or by Telephone.
How secure are my credit card details
If you elect to pay by Credit/Debit Card or by PayPal, your credit card details will be handled exclusively by either Sage Pay (credit/debit cards) or PayPal on their dedicated secure servers, and they will not disclose your details to us or anyone else under any circumstances. If you elect to pay by Telephone, we will contact you by telephone for your credit card details and will process them through our HSBC credit card processing account. At no time will your credit card details be held by us on any security system or database. All online transactions are SSL encrypted by Rapid SSL.
Is it possible to pay by telephone with a debit or credit card?
Yes, we can accept a debit or credit card payment over the phone. Simply place an order online in the normal way and select TELEPHONE as your payment option of choice during the checkout procedure. We will ring you as soon as possible after we have received confirmation of your order.
If you prefer you can place your order and make a debit or credit card payment over the telephone during office hours. In this case we will send you a copy of our Terms and Conditions by email for you to read and confirm that you are in agreement . Please click here for further information.
Can I pay by cheque?
We can accept payment by cheque providing it is drawn on a UK bank. Simply place an order online in the normal way and select CHEQUE as your payment option of choice during the checkout procedure. Then send your cheque along with a copy of your email order confirmation.
Is it possible to view your products in a shop or showroom?
In order to keep our overheads down to a minimum and, in turn, ensure that you get high quality products at competitive prices, we do not operate any retail outlets or showrooms. Most of our products are stored in our warehouse in Cardiff ready for delivery. This provides us with significant cost savings which we pass on to you by keeping our prices as low and competitive as possible.
Do your products have a warranty?
All our products have a 12-month manufacturer's warranty as standard.
Can you send additional photographs of your products?
All the photographs available for each product are already displayed on the website.
